Has the sky fallen – it looks OK outside but I’m shocked! Today is a big day for couponers at Walgreens because they have posted their coupon policy online! This means you can print the policy and bring it into the store – and not have all of the hassles we have had in the past!
Here is an overview:
-The coupon amount must be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied. (For example, a $5.00 coupon for a $4.99 item will result in a $4.99 coupon value).
-When items are featured in a Buy One, Get One Free promotion, up to two coupons can be used against the items being purchased, as long as the net price does not go below zero for the items being purchased.
-The number of manufacturer coupons, including Register RewardsTM manufacturer coupons, may not exceed the number of items in the transaction. The total value of the coupons may not exceed the value of the transaction. Sales tax must be paid, if required by state law.
Go here to read the full policy and let us know what you think!
Thanks for the heads up Kathy!

Awesome, thank you ! I can't tell you how many times I have tried to use 2 coupons on a B1G1 at Walgreen's only be told by the manager that they can't do that because I would get my items free. Never made sense to me.

I work for Walgreens and tell you that some Mgt still are stumped on how to do this . However if it helps any if you ask around their is most likely a cashier or mgt that actually does coupon. The Store Mgt.'s just had a district meeting on cpn.'s so hopefully more of them will be on the same page now. The bogo coupons does throw the register into confussion, just be patient with the cashier and ask for a mgt. I hope what I have said helps your frustration a little , sorry you have had issues before.
