Here is a new program (or at least new to me) which offers you rewards for your recycling efforts.

You will need to join Recycle Bank in order to start accumulating points to earn rewards as a bonus you earn 100 points when you join!

Here’s what you need to do:

-Click on the sign in or get started button on the top left.

-Register and then go back to Recyclebank.com and log in.

-You will find 100 points in your account.

Then you can browse around or turn in your points for rewards.

I cashed in my points for a free Seventh Generation All Purpose Cleaner. But there are many options including, grocery coupons, free Happy Baby food, or free Cleanwell product.

How you can earn points:

-They offer a curbside program however it is limited to: Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee and Virginia.

-Trade in your electronics.

-Give away re-usable items in your community by going through Kashless.com

Even if the curbside program is not in your area yet I would join now so you can start accumulating points and pick a fun reward!
