We have had nothing but trouble with Hatch... One successful survey, our first. After that, it's been a series of leaving messages when they call us, and they never get back to us. Twice now, when they have managed to call us, they have cancelled the survey we spent 20+ mins screening for, including one that my husband took a day off for midweek. They let us know shortly before. Yesterday, I spent quite some time on the phone, got in the survey, got my date and time etc.... only to be left a message within the hour that someone else had taken the same spot, so I was back out - but that they'd keep me in mind for later surveys.

On the other side - Delve is *wonderful* to work with, imo. Keep in mind they pay by check, not cash, but are warm and polite, they stick to what they say will happen, pay you as promised, and dont cancel at the last minute. Much less frustrating! :)
